In these compositions I explore shape, color, and movement. Some feel organic and loose, others feel sharp and striking. Each meticulous cut serves as a window into the next color.

COLLAGES COMPOSED OF SCRAPS, 2021
These collages were created using the scraps from Papercuts. Both of these collages are abstractions; they provide just enough visual information for the viewer to interpret however they please. Balanced asymmetry is present throughout both compositions.

MAGAZINE SCRAP COLLAGE, 2021
For this exercise I first assembled a paper collage pulling from magazine scraps. I then scanned it and digitally altered it to offer more depth and texture.
